With a clean and balanced sonic signature, a very good app, and decent active noise cancellation, the JBL Tour One is a good option to consider for the price.

However, the lack of advanced Bluetooth codec support and a generally less detailed sound do hold back the JBL Tour One a bit. That said, it's worth considering because of the considerable price difference when compared to the competition.
