The Yamaha YH-L700A headphones come from a brand with a rich history in the high-end audio segment, and promise a lot for the price. The headphones support the SBC, AAC, and aptX Adaptive Bluetooth codecs, and also has active noise cancellation and unique features such as 3D Sound with head tracking.
Sound quality on the headphones is impressive, with an excellent soundstage and detailed audio thanks to high-resolution Bluetooth codec support. Active noise cancellation is ordinary at best, while the 3D Sound and head tracking works well but feels a bit gimmicky. On the whole, this is a good pair of headphones for purists, thanks to its good looks and very good sound quality.
